wheel throwing camps: beginner + intermediate

9-11:30AM AGES 7-16

Beginners + advanced potters are welcome!

Become a pottery expert or learn something new this summer in our semi-outdoor clay studio. No previous wheel experience required.

In our small ratio class (4 students max),  students will have a chance to gain a “potter’s wheel 101” and demonstrations of other useful techniques to advance existing skills! Be prepared to learn centering, opening, pulling/throwing clay upwards, and shaping your work into something you will love and appreciate for the rest of your life. Learn from lifelong potter and educator, Sarah Knight.

Prices include Clay/Glaze/Firing as well as other necessary supplies to make your pottery great. Completed work will need to be picked up after the final day of camp.

**IMPORTANT: Wheel camps are in the open air garage studio. Please bring a water bottle and dress accordingly.

Small, healthy snacks will be provided for the children attending summer camps. Please let us know via email ArtAdmin@colorbridgeart.com if your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
